Cancellation Policy

All services must be booked online through our scheduling system Appointments are confirmed once payment if required or confirmation is received. Clients will receive a confirmation email and a reminder before the scheduled session. Cancelation policy Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will be rescheduled or refunded if applicable. Cancelations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50%. No-shows, failure to attend without notice, will result in a full session fee being charged. Waitless policy If the services are fully booked, clients may join a wait list. Openings are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and must be confirmed within 24 hours.
